Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has said that the clear verdict in the Telangana municipal elections has increased the responsibility of his government. Responding to the results he thanked voters across 116 municipalities and seven municipal corporations for placing their trust in the Congress party.
In a message shared after the results Revanth Reddy described the victory as the outcome of tireless efforts by party workers who carried the party flag on their shoulders and took government welfare schemes directly to the people. He dedicated the success to grassroots workers whose commitment he said reflected their deep faith in the party.
The Chief Minister noted that the verdict showed public approval of the government performance over the past two years. He said initiatives focused on welfare for the poor and middle class along with planned development and clear execution had earned the confidence of citizens. According to him the results were a strong endorsement of people centric governance.
Revanth Reddy said the mandate was not just a celebration but a reminder of greater responsibility. He assured that the government would rededicate itself to development public welfare and transparent administration. He added that every municipality and municipal corporation would be developed into a strong and efficient urban body while ensuring public trust is protected.
