The Telangana government has announced a fresh outreach initiative to connect directly with people across the state. Under the programme titled Praja Palana Pragati Report, public representatives and officials will visit communities to highlight government schemes and gather feedback from citizens.

The programme begins on Friday and will continue for ninety nine days. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy earlier introduced the action plan built around ten themes aimed at strengthening governance and improving public services.

This marks the third time since the Congress government came to power in Telangana that such a large scale public engagement programme has been organised. Earlier rounds of similar initiatives helped the administration implement several welfare measures including ration cards Indiramma housing loan waiver schemes farmer support programmes and free electricity up to two hundred units.

The new Praja Palana Pragati Report programme will run from March six to June twelve. During this period officials from departments dealing with citizen services will interact directly with people to explain government initiatives and address local issues.

The government plans to implement the programme at five levels starting from villages and extending to the state level. Along with interacting with the public officials will focus on clearing pending files and improving sanitation across government offices.

District collectors department secretaries and senior officials will actively participate in the campaign. Public representatives including village sarpanches members of legislative assembly and members of parliament will also take part in the activities.

Special exhibitions and information stalls will be organised in mandals and district headquarters where different departments will showcase their schemes and development plans. The government intends to use these platforms to inform citizens about reforms in education healthcare and other sectors.

Authorities will also explain plans to strengthen government schools and hospitals to meet future needs. Farmers and citizens will be guided on opportunities to increase the use of solar energy and generate additional income through solar power production.

The programme will also focus on youth employment and skill development. Job fairs will be conducted across districts with a target of providing employment opportunities to one lakh young people.

In addition the government will highlight the progress achieved under the Indira Mahila Shakti initiative and encourage women to explore new opportunities for entrepreneurship and economic growth.

The ninety nine day programme will cover various sectors week by week including rural development healthcare welfare education youth sports environment and women empowerment. Through this initiative the government hopes to strengthen its connection with people while accelerating development activities across the state.
