Hyderabad continues to strengthen its position as a global technology and creative hub as Netflix Studios prepares to open a new office in the city. The international streaming platform is expanding its presence in India by establishing a major facility dedicated to visual effects animation and virtual production.
The new office will be officially inaugurated on March twelve by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Information Technology Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu. The launch marks an important step in Netflix efforts to expand its operations across the country.
Located in the Hitech City area the facility will span approximately thirty thousand to forty one thousand square feet. The office is expected to serve as a center for advanced production work and technology driven content development.
This will be Netflix second office in India after its main base in Mumbai. The expansion comes as the company completes a decade of operations in the Indian market and looks to strengthen its production and technology infrastructure.
