Vande Bharat Train Timings Revised for South India Routes From March 15

Passengers travelling on Vande Bharat Express trains across the southern region have been advised to carefully check the updated train schedules as Indian Railways has implemented changes in timings from March 15. The revised timetable affects several routes passing through Telangana Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
According to South Central Railway officials the changes were introduced to ensure smoother train movement and better passenger services. Increasing passenger demand and the need to manage station congestion were key reasons behind revising the schedules of certain Vande Bharat services.
Among the routes affected are the Kacheguda to Yeshwantpur and Kalaburagi to Bengaluru Vande Bharat trains. The Kacheguda – Yeshwantpur train number 20703 will now arrive at Hindupur station slightly later than its earlier scheduled time. Similarly the return service from Yeshwantpur to Kacheguda train number 20704 will also reach Hindupur at a revised time.
Passengers using these trains are advised to confirm the latest schedule before starting their journey. Railway authorities suggested checking official railway websites or mobile applications to avoid confusion and ensure smooth travel.
Changes have also been introduced on the Kalaburagi to SMVT Bengaluru Vande Bharat service train number 22231. The arrival timing at Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam station has been modified as part of the updated schedule.
Likewise the SMVT Bengaluru to Kalaburagi service train number 22232 will reach Yelahanka station later than the previous schedule. Despite these adjustments the train will continue to operate six days a week as before.
Railway officials explained that the revised timings are intended to improve operational efficiency and help manage passenger traffic at busy stations. With Vande Bharat trains gaining popularity across the country Indian Railways is continuously fine tuning schedules to maintain punctuality and comfort.
At present around 164 Vande Bharat trains are running on tracks across India. The railway network is also preparing to introduce Vande Bharat sleeper trains in the near future which are expected to expand long distance travel options for passengers.
