Realme Preparing to Launch Two New Smartphones in India as Leaks Reveal Early Details
Upcoming Realme 16T 5G and Realme P4R 5G smartphones may arrive in India soon with multiple storage variants, colorful designs, and upgraded performance as early leaks reveal key specifications.

Realme is reportedly preparing to expand its smartphone lineup in India with two new devices that could arrive in the coming weeks. According to recent leaks, the company may introduce the Realme 16T 5G and the Realme P4R 5G as part of its growing 16 series and P4 series portfolio. While the official launch date has not yet been confirmed, early information suggests the devices are already in the pipeline and may be unveiled soon.
Industry insiders say both smartphones have appeared with model numbers RMX5268 and RMX5266, hinting that development is in an advanced stage. The details surfaced through a tipster who shared the information online, revealing possible configurations and design choices. Although Realme has not publicly commented on the leak, the information has sparked interest among smartphone enthusiasts who are closely watching the brand’s next move in the competitive Indian market.
If the leak proves accurate, the Realme 16T 5G could be offered in three memory and storage combinations. These include 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and a higher configuration with 8GB RAM paired with 256GB storage. The smartphone is also expected to arrive in visually striking colors such as Aurora Green, Starlight Black, and Starlight Red, giving buyers multiple design choices.
The second device, the Realme P4R 5G, may target the more affordable segment while still offering solid hardware options. It is expected to be available in three variants as well, including 4GB RAM with 128GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 6GB RAM with 256GB storage. Reports suggest the phone could be released in Lavender Glare, Silver Glare, and Titanium Glare color options, adding a premium look to the midrange lineup.
The addition of the Realme 16T 5G would further strengthen the company’s recently introduced Realme 16 series in India. Earlier this year, the brand launched the Realme 16 Pro 5G and the Realme 16 Pro Plus 5G in the country. These models debuted with starting prices of Rs 31,999 and Rs 39,999 respectively for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage versions. The Pro Plus model is available in shades like Master Gold, Master Grey, and an India exclusive Camellia Pink, while the Pro variant offers Master Gold, Pebble Grey, and an Orchid Purple option designed specifically for the Indian market.
Realme has also been expanding its P series lineup, which focuses on budget friendly smartphones. In February, the company introduced the Realme P4 Lite as the newest model in the series. The device launched with a starting price of Rs 9,999 for the base configuration that includes 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Reports indicate that a Realme P4 Lite 5G version may also join the lineup soon.
With the expected arrival of the Realme 16T 5G and Realme P4R 5G, the company appears to be strengthening its strategy of offering multiple devices across different price segments. If the leaked details are accurate, both smartphones could provide a mix of stylish design, capable hardware, and several configuration options, giving Indian consumers more choices in the increasingly competitive smartphone market.
