Samsung is preparing to expand its popular A series lineup with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A57 5G, and ahead of its official debut, a leaked hands on video has given users a closer look at the device. The video, shared by a YouTuber, showcases key design elements and specifications, sparking fresh excitement among smartphone enthusiasts.

While Samsung has not yet confirmed the launch date, the steady flow of leaks suggests that the announcement may not be far away. The latest video offers a near complete overview of what users can expect from the device, including its design, display, and performance capabilities.

The Galaxy A57 5G appears to feature a slim and premium design, with a reported thickness of around 6.9mm. It is expected to come with a metal frame and a glass back protected by Gorilla Glass Victus Plus, giving it a more durable and refined finish compared to its predecessor. The bezels also appear thinner, contributing to a more modern look.

On the front, the smartphone is likely to sport a 6.7 inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is said to reach up to 1200 nits peak brightness, ensuring good visibility even under bright lighting conditions. This combination is expected to deliver a smooth and vibrant viewing experience.

Performance is another area where the device is expected to improve. Reports suggest that the phone will be powered by the Exynos 1680 chipset, which has reportedly achieved a strong benchmark score. Early testing in the leaked video indicates that the device can handle demanding tasks, including gaming at stable frame rates.

In terms of software, the Galaxy A57 5G is expected to run on Android 16 based One UI 8.5, offering the latest features and improvements from Samsung. Connectivity options may include Bluetooth 5.4 along with other standard features expected in this segment.

For photography, the device is likely to include a triple camera setup. This may consist of a 50 megapixel primary sensor, a 13 megapixel ultra wide lens, and a 5 megapixel macro camera. The phone is also expected to support 4K video recording at 30 frames per second, catering to users who enjoy capturing high quality videos.

Battery life will be supported by a 5000mAh unit, with 45W fast charging capability to reduce charging time. Additionally, the phone is expected to carry an IP67 rating, providing resistance against dust and water.

Pricing details have also surfaced through leaks. The base variant with 128GB storage is expected to be priced between 440 and 450 dollars, while the 256GB version may cost slightly higher. These prices place the device in the competitive mid range segment.

With its premium design, upgraded performance, and balanced feature set, the Samsung Galaxy A57 5G is shaping up to be a strong contender in its category, even before its official launch.
