Oppo K15 Pro Series Set to Launch with Massive 8000mAh Battery and 100W Fast Charging

Oppo’s upcoming K15 Pro and K15 Pro+ smartphones will feature large batteries, powerful MediaTek processors, 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage with pre-booking already live in China

Oppo is gearing up to launch its highly anticipated K15 Pro series in China next week, generating excitement among tech enthusiasts. The series includes two models, the Oppo K15 Pro and the Oppo K15 Pro+, both of which have now opened for pre-booking on Oppo’s official website. Detailed information about battery capacity, processor, memory, storage, and color options has surfaced ahead of the official launch.

Both models will come with substantial RAM and storage configurations. The K15 Pro and K15 Pro+ are confirmed to feature 12GB of RAM as standard, with storage options of 256GB and 512GB. Battery capacity is another standout feature of the series: the K15 Pro houses a 7,500mAh battery, while the Pro+ model will offer an even larger 8,000mAh battery coupled with 100W fast charging support, ensuring extended usage and quick top-ups for users.

The Oppo K15 Pro series has also appeared on the Geekbench website, providing insights into its processing capabilities. The K15 Pro, listed with model number PMH110, is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset clocked at 3.4GHz, running Android 16. In benchmark tests, it scored 1,569 points in single-core tests and 6,553 in multi-core performance. Meanwhile, the K15 Pro+ (model number PMG110) is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, also with 12GB RAM and Android 16, achieving 2,688 points in single-core tests and 8,350 points in multi-core tests, highlighting its superior performance.

Pre-booking listings have revealed the available color options. The K15 Pro will come in Cyber Wing, Golden Legend, PhotoDust, and Origin Grey, while the Pro+ will be available in Cyber Wing, PhotoDust, and Origin Grey shades. Both phones are designed with a gaming focus and are rumored to include an active cooling fan, catering to users who prioritize sustained performance during intensive tasks.

Oppo plans to launch both models in China on April 1, alongside the Oppo Watch X3 Mini and Enco Clip 2, making it a significant release week for the brand. With high-performance processors, massive batteries, fast charging, and premium configurations, the K15 Pro series is shaping up to be a compelling option for both gamers and general users seeking long-lasting power and advanced features.
