Vivo X300s Tipped to Bring DSLR Level Photography With 200MP Camera and Powerful Hardware

Vivo is preparing to expand its premium smartphone lineup with the upcoming Vivo X300s, and early details suggest the company is placing a strong focus on performance, imaging, and battery life. Ahead of the official unveiling, key specifications have been revealed through teasers and internal confirmations, giving a clearer picture of what users can expect.

At the heart of the device will be the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with Vivo’s in house V3 plus imaging chip. This combination is expected to boost both overall speed and camera processing, especially for advanced photography and video features. The company appears to be pushing hard to deliver a flagship experience that balances power and efficiency.

Photography is likely to be the standout feature. The phone is expected to feature a triple camera setup on the rear, led by a 200 megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization. Supporting this could be a 50 megapixel ultra wide lens and a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto camera, also with stabilization.
