iQOO Z11 Set for India Debut With Massive Battery and Premium Features
Upcoming iQOO smartphone expected to bring 9020mAh battery, fast charging, strong durability and high refresh rate display to mid range segment as brand expands aggressively in India market

As competition heats up in India’s smartphone market, iQOO is preparing to introduce another feature packed device aimed at mid range buyers. The upcoming iQOO Z11 is expected to make its way to India soon, following its earlier debut in China and signals of a broader global rollout.
The company has been steadily expanding its presence, and this launch appears to be part of a larger push. Sightings of the device on international listings, including Malaysia, suggest that the phone is ready for multiple markets. Reports indicate that pre reservations have already begun ahead of its scheduled unveiling in early May.
One of the biggest talking points around the device is its unusually large 9020mAh battery, which could set it apart in its category. Despite packing such a high capacity battery, the phone is said to maintain a relatively slim profile. It is also expected to support fast charging, allowing users to quickly power up without long waiting times.
The display is another highlight, with a large AMOLED panel and a refresh rate that could go as high as 165Hz. This combination is likely to appeal to users who consume a lot of video content or play mobile games regularly, offering smoother visuals and a more responsive experience.
Interestingly, the global version of the device may differ from its Chinese counterpart. While the China model features a MediaTek processor, the international variant is tipped to come with a Snapdragon chipset. This has led to speculation that the phone could be closely related to or even a rebranded version of Vivo T5 Pro, reflecting Vivo broader product strategy.
On the camera front, the phone is expected to include a 50 megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization, supported by an additional depth sensor. For selfies, users may get a 16 megapixel front camera, making it suitable for everyday photography and video calls.
Durability also appears to be a focus. The device is likely to come with IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering resistance against dust and water. This level of protection is not always common in this price segment, which could give the phone an edge among competitors.
In terms of configuration, the handset is expected to arrive in multiple variants, including options with 8GB and 12GB RAM paired with 256GB storage. It may run on the latest Android version out of the box and could be available in classic color choices like blue and black.
Pricing will play a crucial role in its success. Based on early estimates and its positioning in China, the iQOO Z11 could be priced between Rs 25000 and Rs 35000 in India. This would place it firmly in the competitive mid range category.
For comparison, the iQOO Z11x has already been launched in India at a lower price point, giving buyers a more affordable entry into the Z series lineup. With the Z11, the company appears to be targeting users looking for a step up in performance and battery life.
As the official launch approaches, all eyes will be on how iQOO balances pricing and features, especially in a market where consumers are increasingly demanding more value for their money.
