YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to visit Anantapur district tomorrow in what will be his first district level tour after returning from his Europe trip. The visit has generated enthusiasm among party leaders and supporters across the region.
Jagan will arrive in Pamidi on Tuesday afternoon to attend a wedding reception organised in the Guntakal constituency limits. He is expected to bless the newly married couple and interact briefly with party leaders attending the function.
The reception is being held for Chaitanya Mitra, son of MLC Madhusudhan, and Likhitha, daughter of YSRCP leader Pamidi Veera and former ADCC Bank Chairperson. The event is likely to witness the participation of several prominent leaders from the undivided Anantapur district.
Ahead of Jagan’s arrival, YSRCP cadres have been making extensive arrangements in Pamidi. Party workers are preparing a warm welcome while local leaders are coordinating the event to ensure smooth management during the visit.
Officials are also monitoring security arrangements to avoid any inconvenience during the programme, as a large gathering is expected at the venue. After attending the reception event, Jagan is expected to leave for Tadepalli later in the day.
Political observers note that this visit holds significance for the party cadre, as it comes soon after Jagan’s return from abroad and reflects his continued engagement with party activities at the grassroots level.
