BioAsia 2026 Conference to Begin in Hyderabad with TechBio Focus
Hyderabad is set to host BioAsia 2026 from February seventeen as Chief Minister Revanth Reddy launches the two day summit aimed at attracting global life sciences investments.

Hyderabad is preparing to host the twenty third edition of the BioAsia conference beginning February seventeen bringing global attention to Telangana growing life sciences ecosystem. The two day event will be held at Hitec City with an expanded venue to accommodate rising international participation.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy along with IT and Industries Minister Sridhar Babu will formally inaugurate the conference. The event will be conducted under the theme TechBio Unleashed reflecting the state focus on blending technology with biotechnology.
Government officials say nearly three thousand foreign delegates including investors startup founders and representatives from global life sciences companies are expected to attend. Due to strong demand the conference is being organised in a larger space compared to previous years.
Telangana has steadily emerged as a preferred destination for pharmaceutical biotechnology and global capability centres. Strengthening vaccine manufacturing capacity and attracting investments in bioprocess design advanced therapies and AI driven healthcare have been key priorities.
A major focus this year will be the integration of artificial intelligence and automation into life sciences. The state recently unveiled its NextGen Life Sciences policy at the World Economic Forum in Davos and BioAsia is seen as a platform to showcase this vision to the global community.
The conference agenda includes plenary sessions panel discussions and investment meetings with international experts. Topics will range from AI based drug discovery and automated bio manufacturing to strengthening digital health systems across the life sciences value chain.
With BioAsia 2026 the state aims to position itself as a global TechBio powerhouse while unlocking fresh investments partnerships and innovation opportunities in the rapidly evolving healthcare and biotechnology sectors.
