Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has earned a rare global recognition with an invitation from the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School in the United States. The institution has invited him to speak at its first ever AI Policy Symposium scheduled to be held on March twenty seven on the Harvard campus.
The invitation is significant as Revanth Reddy is the only leader from India chosen to participate in the symposium. Organisers have asked the Chief Minister to speak on a panel titled AI as Infrastructure and Compute Power Impact on Livability and Workforce which will focus on data centres energy systems and compute corridors.
During the session the Chief Minister is expected to outline Telangana’s approach towards building a strong AI ecosystem. The organisers have specifically requested him to present the state government’s policies on AI driven development including land availability power supply skill development regulatory support and investment partnerships aimed at creating an AI City.
The symposium is designed to bring together leaders from government industry and academia to discuss AI governance geopolitics the knowledge economy and enabling infrastructure. The invitation followed detailed discussions held during Revanth Reddy’s recent visit to the United States where organisers met him personally to explain the vision of the event.
The moment marks a full circle journey for the Chief Minister who recently completed a five day leadership programme at Harvard Kennedy School and received certification. He is now set to return not as a student but as a speaker sharing Telangana’s development story on a global academic platform.
