Acer Launches Slim AI Powered Laptop With 32GB RAM and Intel Core Ultra Processor in India

Acer has expanded its laptop lineup in India with the launch of the new Aspire 5 AI, a slim and lightweight device designed for work, entertainment and casual gaming. The latest model arrives with Intel Core Ultra processors, AI powered features and a premium portable design aimed at users looking for performance without carrying a bulky machine.

The laptop weighs only 1.2 kilograms, making it convenient for students, office professionals and frequent travellers. Acer says the device has been developed for smooth multitasking and modern productivity needs while maintaining a compact form factor.

One of the biggest highlights of the Aspire 5 AI is its support for up to 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD storage. The laptop runs on Windows 11 Home and supports Copilot plus features, bringing AI based assistance into daily tasks and workflows.

Acer has equipped the laptop with a 14 inch WUXGA IPS display featuring a 1920 x 1200 resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The screen also includes Acer ComfyView technology, which helps reduce glare during long working hours and improves viewing comfort. The display is designed to deliver balanced visuals for streaming, office work and browsing.

Under the hood, the Aspire 5 AI comes with Intel Core Ultra 5 and Core Ultra 7 H series processors. Acer has listed a configuration powered by the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H chipset, offering a base clock speed of 3.6GHz and boost speeds up to 4.5GHz. Integrated Intel graphics are included for handling regular creative tasks and light gaming performance.

For video calls and online meetings, the laptop includes a Full HD webcam with a physical privacy shutter, built in microphones and dual stereo speakers with HD audio support. Acer has also focused on modern connectivity by adding Wi Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 support for stable wireless performance.

The Aspire 5 AI offers multiple ports including USB Type C, USB Type A, HDMI, SD card reader and a 3.5mm headphone jack. One of the Type C ports also supports 65W charging, allowing users to power up the laptop quickly through USB C charging solutions.

Acer has added practical design touches such as a 180 degree hinge, backlit keyboard and a dedicated Copilot button for instant AI access. The precision touchpad supports multi gesture controls, making navigation smoother for multitasking users.

The laptop packs a 53.8Wh battery and ships with a 65W charger inside the box. Acer is also offering a one year carry in warranty with the device.

In India, the Acer Aspire 5 AI starts at Rs 79999 and is available in a silver colour option. Buyers can purchase it through Acer exclusive stores, the official Acer online store and major retail platforms including Amazon, Croma, Reliance Digital and Vijay Sales.
