New smartwatch lineup from Amazfit brings AMOLED displays advanced health tracking long battery life and AI features targeting fitness enthusiasts adventure users and premium wearable buyers in India market

Expanding its presence in the wearable segment, Amazfit has introduced two new smartwatches in India, the Amazfit Active 3 Premium and the Amazfit T Rex Ultra 2. Both devices are designed to cater to different user needs, ranging from everyday fitness tracking to rugged outdoor usage.
The company is clearly targeting users who want more than just basic step tracking. With a strong emphasis on health monitoring and long battery life, these new models aim to deliver a complete smartwatch experience without frequent charging interruptions.
The Active 3 Premium is positioned as a versatile everyday smartwatch. It features a 1.32 inch AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and brightness levels reaching up to 3000 nits, ensuring visibility even in bright outdoor conditions. The screen also includes an anti fingerprint coating for a cleaner viewing experience.
On the software side, the watch runs on Zepp OS and introduces AI powered voice control through Zepp Flow. It supports both Android and iOS devices, making it accessible to a wide range of users. Bluetooth calling is also included, with an inbuilt microphone and speaker allowing users to take calls directly from their wrist.
Fitness and health tracking remain central to the device. It offers more than 170 workout modes along with features like continuous heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen tracking, stress analysis, and BioCharge energy insights. Multiple satellite positioning systems ensure accurate tracking for outdoor activities. The 365mAh battery is claimed to last up to 12 days on a single charge, making it suitable for regular use without constant recharging.
In contrast, the T Rex Ultra 2 is built for users who prefer a tougher and more adventure ready smartwatch. It comes with a larger 1.5 inch AMOLED display, also supporting high brightness and smooth visuals. The design includes reinforced materials and tempered glass protection, making it better suited for demanding environments.
The feature set here goes a step further. With over 187 workout modes and support for six satellite positioning systems, the watch is geared toward serious fitness enthusiasts and outdoor explorers. It includes the same suite of health tracking tools such as heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, and stress measurement.
One of its most notable highlights is the battery capacity. The 870mAh battery is claimed to deliver up to 30 days of usage, setting it apart from many competitors in the premium smartwatch segment. This extended battery life is particularly useful for long trips and outdoor adventures where charging options may be limited.
Pricing reflects the difference in positioning between the two models. The Active 3 Premium is priced at Rs 15999, making it a mid range option for everyday users. Meanwhile, the T Rex Ultra 2 is launched at Rs 49999, targeting premium buyers who prioritize durability and advanced features.
Both smartwatches are available through official channels and major online platforms, including Amazon. With these launches, Amazfit continues to strengthen its portfolio in India, offering options that cater to both casual users and serious fitness enthusiasts looking for reliable and feature rich wearables.
