iQOO Z11 Launches with Massive 9020mAh Battery and High Performance Hardware

The newly launched iQOO smartphone brings a powerful mix of large battery capacity, fast charging, smooth display, and strong performance features aimed at gamers and heavy users

iQOO has introduced its latest smartphone, the iQOO Z11, in China, focusing heavily on performance and battery life. The device stands out with its unusually large 9020mAh battery, positioning itself as a strong contender for users who prioritize long usage without frequent charging.

The smartphone supports 90W fast charging, allowing users to quickly power up the large battery. It also includes reverse charging support, making it useful for charging other devices on the go. Despite the massive battery, the phone maintains a relatively sleek profile, weighing around 216 grams.

On the performance front, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset, built on a 4nm architecture. It is paired with up to 16GB of RAM and offers storage options going up to 512GB. This configuration is designed to handle demanding tasks such as gaming and multitasking with ease.

The iQOO Z11 features a 6.83 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 by 1260 pixels. It supports a 165Hz refresh rate, along with a 300Hz touch sampling rate for improved responsiveness during gaming. The display also offers HDR support and a wide color gamut, enhancing the overall viewing experience.

To manage heat during intensive usage, the device is equipped with a 7K ice dome vapor chamber liquid cooling system. This helps maintain stable performance over longer gaming sessions and reduces the chances of overheating.

In terms of camera capabilities, the smartphone includes a dual rear camera setup. The primary sensor is a 50 megapixel unit with optical image stabilization and support for 4K video recording, accompanied by a 2 megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16 megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and includes several AI driven features aimed at enhancing user experience. Connectivity options include 5G support, Wi Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type C port.

Durability is another highlight, with the phone offering IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It also comes with an in display fingerprint sensor for security.

The iQOO Z11 is currently available in China in multiple configurations. The base model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage starts at 2299 yuan, while higher end variants with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage go up to 3399 yuan. Buyers can choose from color options such as blue, white, and black.

As of now, there is no official confirmation regarding the launch of the iQOO Z11 in international markets, including India. However, given its feature set, the device is likely to attract attention if it expands beyond China.
