Motorola Unveils Moto Pad 2026 with Long Battery Life and 11 Inch Display

New Motorola tablet launches in the US with 11 inch 2.5K display, 7040mAh battery, Dolby Atmos speakers and MediaTek processor, aiming to deliver all day performance and balanced multimedia experience

Motorola has expanded its tablet portfolio with the launch of the Moto Pad 2026 in the United States, introducing a device that focuses heavily on battery life and multimedia performance. The tablet is positioned as a practical option for users who want long usage hours without frequent charging.

Priced at 249.99 dollars, which roughly translates to around 23000 rupees, the Moto Pad 2026 will be available for purchase starting April 30. The company has introduced the tablet in a single configuration offering 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, along with a distinctive Pantone curated Bronze Green finish.

A major highlight of the device is its large 7040mAh battery. Motorola claims that the tablet can deliver up to 12 hours of video playback on a single charge, making it suitable for streaming, work, and casual use throughout the day. It also supports 20W wired fast charging, helping users get back to usage quickly.

The Moto Pad 2026 features an 11 inch 2.5K display with a resolution of 2560 by 1600 pixels. The screen supports a 90Hz refresh rate and offers peak brightness of up to 500 nits, ensuring a smooth and clear viewing experience. Additionally, the display comes with TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light and flicker free usage, which can help reduce eye strain during extended sessions.

For entertainment, Motorola has equipped the tablet with a quad speaker setup supported by Dolby Atmos, aiming to deliver immersive audio quality. Whether watching videos or attending virtual meetings, the device is designed to offer a well rounded multimedia experience.

Under the hood, the tablet runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with 8GB RAM. This setup is expected to handle everyday tasks, streaming, and moderate multitasking with ease. While the company has not revealed extensive software details, the tablet is expected to offer a user friendly interface suited for productivity and entertainment.

On the camera front, the Moto Pad 2026 includes an 8 megapixel rear camera for basic photography needs. For video calls and selfies, there is a 5 megapixel front camera. The tablet also supports a wide range of connectivity options including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, A GPS, Wi Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2.

Weighing around 480 grams and measuring just under 7mm in thickness, the tablet maintains a slim and portable profile despite its large battery. Early reports suggest that the Moto Pad 2026 could be a rebranded version of the Moto Pad 60 Neo, which was introduced in India last year, indicating similar hardware and performance capabilities.

With its combination of long battery life, sharp display, and solid audio setup, the Moto Pad 2026 appears to be aimed at users looking for a dependable tablet for both work and entertainment without stretching their budget.
