OnePlus Nord CE 6 Series Leaks Reveal Design Price and Key Features Ahead of Launch

OnePlus is expected to expand its Nord lineup in India with new CE models featuring upgraded design large battery and competitive pricing targeting mid range smartphone buyers in coming months

Smartphone maker OnePlus appears to be preparing a major expansion of its popular Nord lineup in India. While the company is already gearing up to launch the OnePlus Nord 6, fresh leaks suggest that two more devices could soon follow.

According to tipster reports, the brand is planning to introduce the OnePlus Nord CE 6 and OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite in the coming months, possibly around May. If this timeline holds true, it would mark the return of the Lite variant after a noticeable gap, as the last model in that line was launched nearly two years ago.

A leaked hands on image of the Nord CE 6 has already surfaced online, offering an early glimpse of its design. The smartphone is expected to feature a clean and minimal look with a flat rear panel. The camera module, placed at the top corner, appears to have a square shape housing dual sensors along with an LED flash. The device is likely to come in a black finish, maintaining a simple yet modern aesthetic.

Meanwhile, details about the Nord CE 6 Lite point toward a feature rich yet affordable offering. Reports indicate that the device could sport a 6.7 inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling and better visual experience. It may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, aimed at delivering reliable performance for everyday tasks and moderate gaming.

Battery capacity could be another highlight for the Lite model. The device is rumored to pack a 7000mAh battery, which would place it among the larger battery smartphones in its segment. Combined with software optimizations, this could translate into extended usage without frequent charging.

Camera specifications suggest a dual rear setup led by a 50 megapixel primary sensor, along with an additional secondary lens. On the front, users may get a 16 megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The smartphone is also expected to run on Android 16 based OxygenOS 16, offering the latest features and a refined interface.

In terms of pricing, early estimates indicate that the Nord CE 6 Lite could launch at under 23000 rupees for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. With potential bank offers and cashback deals, the effective price may drop even further, making it an attractive option in the budget friendly 5G segment.

As of now, OnePlus has not officially confirmed these details. However, the steady stream of leaks suggests that the company is looking to strengthen its position in the mid range market by offering multiple options under the Nord branding. If launched as expected, the new devices could give buyers more choices with a balance of design, performance, and affordability.
