OnePlus Nord CE 6 Series Set for India Launch With Big Batteries and Premium Features

OnePlus is ready to expand its popular Nord lineup in India with the launch of the Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite smartphones. Both devices are expected to target users looking for a balance between performance, battery life and modern features without entering flagship level pricing.

Ahead of the official launch, several details about the smartphones have already surfaced online, including expected pricing, sale dates, specifications and color options. The launch event is scheduled for today at 12 noon, and both smartphones will be available through Amazon, OnePlus official channels, experience stores and offline retailers.

The Nord CE 6 is expected to arrive as the more premium option in the lineup. Reports suggest the smartphone will feature a 1.5K AMOLED display with support for a 144Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling, gaming and video playback. The phone is also expected to include dual stereo speakers for improved multimedia performance.

For performance, OnePlus may equip the Nord CE 6 with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor. This chipset is expected to handle gaming, multitasking and daily usage smoothly. The phone could also feature a 50 megapixel primary rear camera with optical image stabilization support to improve image clarity and video stability. On the front, users may get a 32 megapixel selfie camera.

One of the biggest highlights of the Nord CE 6 is expected to be its massive 8000mAh battery. For photography, the Nord CE 6 Lite could include a 50 megapixel rear camera capable of recording 4K videos. The front side may feature an 8 megapixel selfie camera suitable for video calls and casual photography.

Battery performance remains another major focus in the Lite model as well. Leaks suggest the smartphone may carry a 7000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, making it a practical option for heavy smartphone users.

According to reports, the Nord CE 6 Lite may launch below the Rs 25000 price segment, while the Nord CE 6 could be priced around Rs 30000 in India. OnePlus is expected to offer the Nord CE 6 in Fresh Blue, Lunar Pearl and Pitch Black shades, while the Nord CE 6 Lite may arrive in Vivid Mint and Hyper Black color options.

The Nord CE 6 sale is expected to begin on May 8, while the Nord CE 6 Lite may go on sale from May 12. With powerful batteries, stylish designs and competitive specifications, the new Nord smartphones are likely to attract strong attention in India’s mid range smartphone market.
