Vivo has introduced the Y51 Pro 5G in India featuring a large 7200mAh battery MediaTek processor smooth display and launch cashback offer for buyers purchasing the smartphone before March 16.

Vivo has expanded its smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo Y51 Pro 5G, a device designed for users who want strong battery life, smooth performance and modern connectivity without entering the premium price segment. The new phone arrives with a large battery, capable processor and a modern design, making it an appealing choice for everyday smartphone users.

One of the biggest talking points of the new device is its battery capacity. The Vivo Y51 Pro 5G is equipped with a massive 7200mAh battery, which is significantly larger than what most smartphones in this price range offer. This large battery is paired with 44W wired fast charging support, allowing users to recharge the device quickly while still enjoying extended usage throughout the day.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo chipset built on a 4 nanometer process. The processor includes four performance cores clocked up to 2.5 GHz and four efficiency cores running at 2.0 GHz. This setup is designed to handle multitasking, gaming and daily applications smoothly. The device also includes 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and offers up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.

Vivo has launched the phone in two storage configurations. The base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at 24999 rupees in India. Meanwhile, the higher model offering 8GB RAM and 256GB storage comes at a price of 27999 rupees. To attract early buyers, the company is offering a cashback of up to 2500 rupees for customers who purchase the smartphone before March 16.

The Vivo Y51 Pro 5G will be available for purchase starting March 11 through Flipkart and the official Vivo India online store. The company has introduced the device in two color options Festive Red and Noble Gold, both designed to give the smartphone a stylish and premium appearance.

In terms of display, the device features a 6.75 inch LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The display also offers 83 percent NTSC color coverage, which should provide a decent visual experience for watching videos, browsing social media and gaming. The back panel of the smartphone uses a composite plastic design while the overall build remains slim and practical.

Durability is another highlight of the new model. Vivo claims that the device carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, offering protection against dust and water. This level of resistance is usually seen in higher priced smartphones and adds extra reassurance for users in daily conditions.

Photography features include a dual rear camera setup. The main camera uses a 50 megapixel sensor with an f2.0 aperture designed to capture detailed photos in different lighting conditions. It is supported by a secondary 2 megapixel sensor that assists with depth information. On the front, the phone includes an 8 megapixel selfie camera with an f2.05 aperture that supports video calls and social media photography. The device is capable of recording videos in up to 4K resolution.

Connectivity options on the Vivo Y51 Pro 5G include support for 5G and 4G networks, dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB Type C port. The smartphone also supports multiple global navigation systems including GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS.

For security and additional functionality, the device includes several sensors such as an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, electronic compass and gyroscope. A side mounted fingerprint sensor is also included for quick unlocking. The phone weighs around 219 grams and measures 166.6 x 78.4 x 8.39 mm.

With a combination of a large battery, modern processor and early purchase cashback offer, the Vivo Y51 Pro 5G is positioned as a strong option for users looking for a reliable mid range smartphone that can comfortably last through long days of use.
