  • AP fuel supply restored in most districts with minimal shortages
  • AP fuel normalcy returns as queues reduce across petrol bunks

A sense of relief is spreading across Andhra Pradesh as fuel availability steadily returns to normal. After days of concern and long queues at petrol stations, most outlets are now functioning smoothly, with supply catching up to demand.

Official figures indicate that out of 4,345 fuel stations in the state, only a small number remain without stock. The visible impact on the ground is clear, as waiting lines have shortened and regular refuelling activity has resumed in many areas.

Fuel companies have significantly increased deliveries to stabilise the situation. Thousands of kilolitres of petrol and diesel have been supplied to outlets, and a large portion has already been distributed to consumers. This swift response has played a key role in easing public anxiety and restoring routine operations.

While the majority of districts are now reporting normal conditions, a few pockets continue to face minor disruptions. Districts such as West Godavari, Kadapa, and Tirupati still have a limited number of fuel stations displaying no stock boards. Authorities are actively working to address these gaps and ensure consistent supply.

In contrast, districts like Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Polavaram, and Guntur have reported complete stabilisation, with all petrol bunks operating without interruption.

Across the remaining regions, the situation is largely under control, with only isolated instances of temporary shortages. Officials are focusing on resolving these final issues to ensure full normalisation across the state.

The rapid shift from shortage to stability highlights how quickly coordinated supply efforts can restore balance. With improved availability and reduced demand pressure, confidence among consumers is steadily returning, marking a swift recovery in the state’s fuel situation.
