The case was registered following a complaint filed by Singareni officials, who alleged that Balka Suman made objectionable comments and issued warnings against officials. The allegations led police to initiate legal proceedings and begin an investigation into the matter.
Before his court appearance, Balka Suman was subjected to nearly seven hours of questioning by police officers. Investigators reportedly examined various aspects of the complaint before completing the interrogation process.
