CBSE Class 10 Results 2026 Declared with 93.70 Pass Percentage Girls Outperform Boys

The CBSE Class 10 results 2026 have been officially announced, bringing relief and excitement to lakhs of students and their families across the country. The overall pass percentage stands at 93.70 percent, reflecting a marginal improvement compared to the previous year.

Girls have once again outperformed boys in the CBSE Class 10 results, continuing a consistent trend in academic performance. The pass percentage among girls reached 94.99 percent, while boys recorded 92.60 percent, highlighting a clear gap in results.

Out of more than 24.83 lakh registered candidates, around 24.71 lakh students appeared for the examination, and over 23.16 lakh successfully cleared it. The numbers underline the scale of the examination and the overall strong performance this year.

Among different school categories, Kendriya Vidyalayas delivered the best results with an impressive 99.57 percent pass rate. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas followed closely with 99.42 percent, setting a high benchmark in academic outcomes.

Private schools recorded a pass percentage of 93.77 percent, while government schools stood at 91.43 percent and government aided institutions reported 91.01 percent. These figures indicate steady performance across all categories of institutions.

The board has congratulated students teachers and school administrations for their efforts and achievements. Officials also encouraged students to focus on future academic goals and continue building on their success.
