Marking his birthday with a welfare focused decision, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu approved the release of funds from the Chief Minister Relief Fund to support thousands of beneficiaries.

The approval covers financial assistance amounting to 56.39 crore, which will benefit over seven thousand individuals who had applied for help to meet medical expenses. The funds are aimed at easing the burden on families undergoing treatment in various hospitals.

Continuing a personal tradition, the Chief Minister chose to begin his special day with public service rather than celebrations. After receiving blessings from priests at his camp office, he visited an Anna Canteen where he shared breakfast with people, reflecting a gesture of connection with the public.

Later, during his travel towards the airport, he signed the file related to the fund release, ensuring that the assistance process moved forward without delay.

Officials highlighted that over the past 22 months, the government has extended substantial financial support through the relief fund, benefiting a large number of individuals facing health related financial challenges.

The initiative reflects the administration’s focus on ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent access to medical care. Authorities stated that such measures are part of a broader effort to strengthen welfare programs and support vulnerable sections of society.

With this latest approval, thousands of families are expected to receive timely assistance, reinforcing the government’s commitment to public welfare and healthcare support.
