Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has set an ambitious target of providing housing to all eligible families in the state by 2029. The government also plans to provide free land to the remaining beneficiaries as part of its election promise, with two cents in urban areas and three cents in rural regions. The Chief Minister stated that this approach will ensure no eligible family is left without a home.

Chandrababu concluded by stating that the government aims to combine welfare and development to ensure long term growth and improved living standards for all sections of society.
