Ahead of the BRS formation day celebrations, K T Rama Rao has called on party leaders and workers to organize large scale flag hoisting events across Telangana. He urged cadres to ensure that the party flag is raised in every village town constituency and district center marking the occasion with strong grassroots participation.
The appeal came during a teleconference held with party members where KTR outlined the plan for the upcoming celebrations. He emphasized that while the main event will take place in Telangana Bhavan the spirit of the formation day should be visible across the state through decentralized celebrations.
KTR also announced that a state level representatives meeting will be held on April 27 at Telangana Bhavan. However attendance at this central event will be restricted. Only selected leaders including state executive members MPs MLAs MLCs district presidents and a few former public representatives have been invited to participate.
Explaining the decision, he said the move follows recent large gatherings and takes into account the rising summer temperatures. As per guidance from K Chandrashekar Rao the event has been scaled down to ensure safety and better management.
Party leaders and workers who are not invited to the central meeting have been asked to celebrate within their respective constituencies. KTR encouraged them to conduct flag hoisting ceremonies in the morning and engage with local supporters to make the event meaningful.
For representatives traveling from distant areas, he advised completing local programs early and reaching Hyderabad by early afternoon for the scheduled meeting. The leadership hopes the coordinated effort will showcase unity and strengthen the party presence across Telangana.
