Narendra Modi is set to visit Telangana on Sunday to participate in several major development programmes in Hyderabad. Ahead of the visit, the Central government officially invited Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to attend the events.

Officials said the invitation was personally delivered to the Chief Minister by National Highways regional officer Krishna Prasad on Saturday. The Prime Minister is scheduled to attend official programmes at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, where multiple projects will be inaugurated and launched through virtual mode.

Among the major projects lined up for inauguration is the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park in Warangal. Modi is also expected to lay the foundation stone for the Gudeballur Mahabubnagar four lane highway project under the Hyderabad Panaji Economic Corridor initiative.

In addition, railway infrastructure works related to the Kazipet Vijayawada multi tracking project are also scheduled for launch during the Prime Minister’s visit. Officials described the programmes as part of broader efforts to strengthen infrastructure and industrial growth in Telangana.

Political observers note that protocol related tensions had surfaced during some previous Prime Minister visits under the earlier state government. However, the current administration led by Revanth Reddy appears keen to follow official protocol arrangements smoothly this time.
