CM Chandrababu Promises to Transform Rayalaseema into a Prosperous Ratnala Seema

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said the government is committed to transforming Rayalaseema into Ratnala Seema by focusing on agriculture development and expanding market opportunities for farmers. He made these remarks during his visit to Nandyal district on Monday.
The Chief Minister attended a village meeting in Kottaburuzu where he distributed pattadar passbooks to local farmers. Addressing the gathering he assured that the government is determined to ensure transparent land records and provide secure ownership documents to farmers.
Chandrababu said the coalition government had already repealed the land titling law introduced during the previous administration. He stated that the new system aims to avoid any manipulation of land records and ensure that farmers receive proper pattas without any corruption.
The government has also introduced pattadar passbooks equipped with QR codes so that land details remain secure and easily verifiable. According to the Chief Minister the administration will ensure that farmers receive their land documents without paying even a single rupee as a bribe.
He further explained that all pending issues related to land records are being resolved before issuing the new passbooks. The government will also take measures to prevent errors in the future and maintain accurate land records.
During his speech Chandrababu also criticized the previous government claiming that several irregularities had taken place during that period. He alleged that public health and people welfare were neglected and accused the earlier administration of allowing adulterated liquor and other controversies.
The Chief Minister emphasized that his government is focused on maintaining peace and unity in villages while eliminating factionalism and rowdyism. He said the goal is to create a peaceful environment that supports development and progress.
Chandrababu concluded by stating that Rayalaseema has the potential to become a prosperous region. By strengthening horticulture and promoting agriculture based industries the government aims to turn Rayalaseema into Ratnala Seema and connect its products to international markets.
