Hyderabad: Telangana is expected to experience dry weather conditions for the next two days, according to the Meteorological Department. Officials said the current pattern is influenced by a surface trough over the Bay of Bengal and a circulation system near the North Andhra coast.
However, weather conditions are likely to change from March 26 onwards. The department has forecast light to moderate rainfall across the state between March 26 and March 29, with chances of thunderstorms and lightning in several districts.
Districts including Adilabad, Kumrambheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagitial, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, and Bhadradri Kothagudem are expected to witness rainfall activity. Similar conditions are likely in Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Siddipet, Medak, Kamareddy, and Mahabubnagar districts.
The weather department has issued yellow alerts for these regions, warning of thunderstorms accompanied by lightning. Authorities have advised residents to remain cautious, especially during sudden weather changes.
