Motorola Razr Fold Price Leaks Ahead of Launch with Big Discounts and Free Accessories
Motorola upcoming book style foldable phone appears in early listings with premium specifications, aggressive discounts and bundled smartwatch and earbuds, hinting at a competitive push in the flagship foldable segment

Motorola is gearing up to enter the book style foldable segment with its upcoming smartphone, the Motorola Razr Fold, and early listings have already revealed key details about pricing, offers and specifications. While the company has not officially confirmed the global launch date, pre order activity in select markets suggests the release could happen in early May.
According to listings on Motorola’s UK website, pre orders for the device are open until May 3, with shipping expected to begin on May 6. This timeline strongly indicates that the official rollout will align closely with these dates. The phone has been listed in a single high end configuration featuring 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
In terms of pricing, the Motorola Razr Fold is expected to retail at 1799 euros, which roughly translates to over two lakh rupees. However, as part of a limited time launch offer, buyers could get a discount of around 220 pounds, bringing the effective price significantly lower. In some European markets, early buyers may see further reductions, making the device more attractive in the premium foldable category.
Motorola is also adding value through bundled offers. Customers who pre order the device are likely to receive a Moto Watch and Moto Buds Loop earbuds at no extra cost. The phone is expected to launch in stylish color options such as Pantone Lily White and Pantone Blackened Blue, targeting users who prefer a premium look along with cutting edge technology.
On the hardware front, the Motorola Razr Fold is positioned as a flagship device. It features a large 8.1 inch LTPO pOLED inner display designed for immersive viewing, along with a 6.6 inch cover screen that supports everyday tasks without unfolding the device. The foldable runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, ensuring top tier performance for multitasking, gaming and heavy applications.
The device is powered by a 6000mAh battery, which is relatively large for a foldable phone. It supports 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, offering flexibility and fast power ups for users on the go. This combination aims to address one of the common concerns in foldable devices, which is battery endurance.
Camera capabilities also appear to be a major focus. The phone is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 50 megapixel main sensor, a 50 megapixel periscope telephoto lens and a 50 megapixel ultra wide lens. For selfies and video calls, users will get a 32 megapixel camera on the cover display and a 20 megapixel front camera on the inner screen.
Motorola had earlier showcased the Razr Fold during MWC 2026, offering a glimpse into its design and software experience. The device runs on Android 16 based My UX, which is expected to include optimizations tailored for foldable usage, improving multitasking and app continuity.
With aggressive pricing strategies, bundled accessories and flagship grade specifications, Motorola appears to be positioning the Razr Fold as a serious contender in the foldable smartphone market. The coming weeks will reveal how well it competes against established players in this rapidly evolving category.
