In a long awaited move, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has announced recruitment for 60 engineering posts, marking a significant hiring initiative after a gap of several years. The selection process will be conducted through a computer based test scheduled on May 10 and 11 across the state.

Applications for these positions have been opened online and candidates can submit their forms until April 29. The recruitment drive will fill multiple roles including Assistant Executive Engineer in civil and electrical streams, Assistant Engineer in civil, and technical officer positions.

Officials stated that the computer based examination will ensure a transparent and efficient selection process. Applicants are encouraged to visit the official TTD website or contact the dedicated helpline for detailed information regarding eligibility and exam guidelines.

Meanwhile, in a separate development at Tirumala, a devotee from Bengaluru, Dr M Mahadevamma, donated seven gold medals weighing 753 grams to Lord Venkateswara. The offering, valued at nearly ninety five lakh rupees, was formally handed over to temple authorities at the Ranganayakula Mandapam.

The temple administration acknowledged the contribution and expressed gratitude to the devotee for the generous donation. Alongside recruitment efforts, such offerings continue to highlight the deep faith and support of devotees towards the sacred shrine.
