The Chief Minister stated that families would receive financial assistance if they have more children. According to the announcement, the government plans to provide Rs 30000 for the birth of a third child and Rs 40000 for a fourth child.

He said the country once encouraged family control policies, but changing economic and demographic conditions now require a different approach. Chandrababu added that increasing per capita income and reducing poverty remain key priorities of his government.

The Chief Minister also spoke about welfare programmes for women and families. He said eligible mothers are already receiving Rs 15000 under the Talliki Vandanam scheme and hinted that the amount could be increased further in the future.

He further stated that companies like Google are being brought to Visakhapatnam and expressed confidence that North Andhra would soon emerge as a major industrial and employment hub instead of witnessing migration of local youth.
