Hyderabad, July 28 (UNI): Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy and Endowments Minister Indrakaran Reddy today said the State government has developed the Pallegadda Urban Forest Park at an estimated cost of Rs 2.98 crore. The ministers inaugurated several forest parks in the Maheshwaram Assembly constituency on Thursday. They are Pallegadda Urban Forest Park, Sirigiripuram park,Tummaloor urban forest and Manyam Kanche urban forest.
Speaking on the occasion, the ministers said the forest cover was in- creasing in the State under the KCR government. They also said the KCR government has been striving to develop the parks.MLC Vani Devi, ZP chairperson TeegalaAnita Reddy, Special Chief Secretary of Forests Shanti Kumari, PCCF R Endobrial, PCCF Lokesh Jaiswal, HMDA Direc- tor Prabhakar, HMDA SE Hussain, HMDA Assistant Director Ramulu, FDO Vijayananda Rao, other officials, and local public representatives were present.
