DK Aruna warns Revanth to control his tongue

Date:

Hyderabad, Aug.3 (UNI): Former minister and national vice president of BJP DK Aruna today warned TPCC Chief A. Revanth Reddy to control his tongue. Referring to the comments of Revanth Reddy against MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, she claimed that Revanth spoke out of frustration. She wondered whether Revanth was born and brought up in the Congress party? She said Revanth became the TPCC chief by hopping from one political party to another. Speaking to media persons, Aruna reminded Revanth Reddy of his comments against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and YSR and added that Revanth had called Sonia Gandhi as Goddess of sacrifices and refused to accept her as the mother of Telangana.

She said Congress had not only lost the trust of the people but also lost power in several States of the country. Referring to the comments of Revanth Reddy calling ED the Election Department (ED) of the Union government, Aruna asked Revanth whether he had forgotten about the cases filed by the ED and CBI against political opponents during the Congress rule. She said the Congress leaders were saying that Revanth was made the TPCC chief by Nara Chandrababu Naidu and CM KCR. She alleged that some leaders of Congress were hand in glove with the TRS leaders. She claimed that both the Congress and TRS parties had tried to defeat a tribal woman leader and NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu in the recent presidential elections. Referring to the resignation of MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, Aruna claimed that Rajagopal Reddy resigned from his MLA post as he thought the conduct of the by-elections in his constituency would ensure its development.
