TN Governor, leaders extend Krishna Jayathi greetings

Chennai, Aug 18: Tamil Nadu Governor R.N.Ravi and leaders of various political extended Sri Krishna Jayanthi (Janmashtami) greetings to the people of the State.

In his message, the Governor said ” on this auspicious occasion of Sri Krishna Jayanthi, I extend my warm greeting and best wishes to the people of Tamil Nadu”. Lord Krishna, through various facets and phases of his life, taught us the value of love, compassion, righteousness, and duties.

His message of doing one’s duty with perfection utmost dedication and commitment as a way of the dharmic life is far more relevant for all of us today when our country has entered the Amritkaal to make India a fully developed country in the next 25 years for the good of the world”, Ravi said, a Raj Bhavan communique said “On this day, Let us all commit our self to do our utmost in the best possible way to fulfill the destiny.
