Collector’s special worship at Sri Venkateswara Temple

The South India times Jagtial: District Collector G. Ravi visited Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Ambaripet village near Jagtia district center on Saturday and performed a special pooja Afterwards, he planted saplings at the statue of Anjaneya Swam y on the top of the hill along with officials, members of the temple committee and villagers. Jitender Rao explained the popularity of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, who shone as Swayambhu on the hill. The temple was very developed during Anati’s time and they asked to build a park for the enjoyment of the devotees coming to the hill. On this occasion, Collector Ravi said that the atmosphere around the temple is very pleasant.

He said that the 40-feet statue of Sri Anjaneya Swamy is also wonderful and he will also help in the development of the temple. The temple members said that the women who come to the marriage hall under the hill are facing difficulties and they will construct toilets. The collector was blessed by the temple priests and the members of the time-honored and presented mementos District Additional Colle ctor Aruna Sri, RDO Madhuri, Temple Developm ent Provider Macunur I Jitender Rao, Sarpanch Gangadhar Goud, Padala Srinivas, Vasala Venkateshwarlu, Repalle Hari, Devender Naik Rat hod, Ragula Parusar am Goud, other public representatives, officials and villagers participated in this program.
