The Telangana government has reacted positively to the High Court verdict on TG Group 1 recruitment, with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy calling it a moment of relief for unemployed youth who waited through years of uncertainty.

Responding to the ruling, the Chief Minister said the judgment once again proved the government’s sincerity in completing the recruitment process. He alleged that from the beginning, certain forces tried to derail Group 1 appointments through repeated obstacles and legal challenges.

Revanth Reddy stated that despite multiple court cases and attempts to stall the process, the government stood firm in the legal battle. He said the final outcome showed that justice ultimately favoured the unemployed and those who worked hard to clear the examinations.

Congratulating the 563 candidates selected under TG Group 1, the Chief Minister said their long struggle had finally paid off. He described them as the first batch of Group 1 officers appointed after the formation of Telangana, calling it a historic milestone.

Addressing the selected candidates, he urged them to play a meaningful role in the state’s progress. He expressed confidence that they would emerge as key partners in governance and development in the years ahead.

The verdict is expected to speed up the remaining appointment formalities, bringing closure to one of the most debated recruitment processes in Telangana and restoring confidence among aspirants across the state.
