TG PGECET 2026 Notification Released With Application Schedule Announced
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education has released the TG PGECET 2026 notification detailing eligibility application fees key dates and exam schedule for postgraduate engineering pharmacy and architecture admissions.

The Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test 2026 notification has been officially released, setting the stage for postgraduate admissions across the state in the coming academic year. The examination will once again be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education.
Based on TG PGECET 2026 ranks, admissions will be offered into ME MTech MPharmacy MArch and Graduate Level Pharm D programmes for the 2026 to 27 academic year. These seats are available in affiliated engineering pharmacy and architecture colleges across Telangana.
Online applications will open from February 27, giving eligible candidates sufficient time to apply. Applicants must have passed BE BTech or BPharmacy in relevant disciplines to be considered. Admissions will be available in a wide range of specialisations including computer science civil mechanical electrical electronics chemical biomedical aerospace biotechnology pharmacy textile technology mining and emerging areas such as nano technology.

Candidates can submit applications without a late fee until May 6, 2026. The registration fee has been fixed at 1100 rupees for general category candidates and 600 rupees for SC ST and differently abled applicants. The entrance test will be conducted online from May 28 to May 31. Each exam will last two hours and consist of 120 objective questions carrying one mark each with no negative marking.
The application correction window will be open briefly in May. Late fee options will be available in stages for candidates who miss the initial deadline. Hall tickets can be downloaded starting May 19.
