Unseasonal rains have brought daily life to a halt in several parts of the Telugu states, leaving residents facing unexpected difficulties. Since early morning, many districts have been witnessing steady rainfall, creating inconvenience for commuters and residents alike.
In Hyderabad, several localities experienced waterlogging as rain continued through the morning hours. Areas including Ameerpet, Jubilee Hills, Yousufguda, Gachibowli, Hitech City, Madhapur and Sanathnagar reported rainwater accumulating on roads, slowing down traffic and affecting routine activities.
The sudden change in weather caught many people off guard. Office goers and students had to deal with wet roads and slow moving traffic as rainwater flooded several streets in the city.
Apart from Hyderabad, multiple districts across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh also witnessed rainfall. Reports of showers came from Adilabad, Nirmal and Nizamabad districts, while parts of Alluri and Visakhapatnam districts in Andhra Pradesh also received rain.
