According to the police, Khaja had repeatedly pressured Ahmed to lend him five lakh rupees, assuring repayment within a short time. The situation turned tragic when Khaja visited Ahmed at his poultry farm located on the outskirts of Khajipur. During yet another argument, Khaja lost control and attacked Ahmed with a heavy stone. The assault proved fatal, and Khaja fled the scene immediately after the incident.
