Four Year Old Boy Dies After Double Snake Bite In Jangaon District

A four year old boy from Jangaon district lost his life after being bitten by two venomous snakes while sleeping outside his home with his parents late at night.

A heartbreaking incident in Telangana’s Jangaon district has left an entire village in grief after a four year old boy died following bites from two venomous snakes in a single night. The tragedy took place in Mundichintha Thanda of Devaruppula mandal.

According to family members, the child, identified as Sriyan, was sleeping outside the house along with his parents on Friday night when the incident occurred. During the middle of the night, a cobra reportedly bit the boy first. Within a short time, another venomous snake attacked him again, causing the poison to spread rapidly through his body.

Hearing the child scream in pain, his parents woke up and immediately realised he had been bitten by snakes. They rushed him to a private hospital in Hanamkonda hoping doctors could save him.

Doctors reportedly made every effort to treat the child, but his condition had already turned critical due to the severe spread of venom. Medical staff later informed the family that the impact of two venomous snake bites had become too serious, and the boy died while undergoing treatment.

The sudden death of the young child has left his parents devastated and created a deeply emotional atmosphere in the village. Residents of Mundichintha Thanda expressed shock and sorrow over the tragic incident involving the young boy.
