A major job fraud case has surfaced in Hyderabad after a consultancy operating in Hafeezpet allegedly cheated several unemployed youth by promising jobs abroad and collecting huge amounts of money from them. The incident came to light under the limits of Miyapur police station.

According to preliminary information, the consultancy identified as CD Dasarath Consultancy reportedly shut down operations suddenly, leaving many victims shocked and financially distressed. Several individuals approached police claiming they were promised overseas employment opportunities in exchange for large payments.

Investigators said the accused collected nearly six lakh rupees from each victim by assuring them of foreign jobs and visa arrangements. However, after receiving the money, the consultancy operators allegedly stopped communication and disappeared from the office premises.

Police identified the accused as Archana, Somashekhar, and Rajendra Prasad. All three are currently absconding and special teams have reportedly begun search operations to trace them. Officials are also examining financial transactions linked to the consultancy.

Authorities suspect that the number of victims could be much higher than initially reported. Police are now gathering details from affected candidates and verifying how many people may have been cheated through the fake job promises.

The incident has once again raised concerns over fraudulent overseas recruitment agencies targeting unemployed youth searching for jobs abroad. Police officials advised people to verify the authenticity of consultancies and official approvals before paying money for overseas employment offers.
