Hilton has added another major milestone to its India growth story with the launch of a new DoubleTree property near Bengaluru airport, marking its eighth hotel in the city and the largest DoubleTree by Hilton in the country.
Located along the airport corridor, the newly opened hotel is designed to serve business travellers corporate groups and transit guests, reflecting Bengaluru’s rising profile as an industrial and research hub. The property is also the first hotel to open in this fast developing zone.
Developed in partnership with Dangayach Group, the hotel features 304 guest rooms and suites along with extensive meeting and event facilities. With more than 9185 square feet of flexible event space, including large ballrooms and meeting rooms, the property is positioned to host conferences and large corporate gatherings.
The hotel offers three dining options including an all day restaurant a lounge bar and a quick service coffee outlet. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool spa and fitness centre, blending business convenience with leisure comfort.
Senior leadership at Hilton said the opening highlights the company’s confidence in Bengaluru’s long term growth. Executives noted that thoughtful brand expansion in key gateway cities remains central to Hilton’s strategy in South Asia.
The property operates under the DoubleTree by Hilton banner, which continues to expand rapidly across India. Hilton currently has nearly 100 hotels operating or in development across South Asia, including 23 DoubleTree properties.
With this addition, Bengaluru further cements its position as one of India’s most important hospitality markets, driven by steady corporate travel aviation linked business and rising domestic tourism.
