Bhatti Vikramarka Outlines Urban Development Plan Aims Three Trillion Economy by 2047

Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka says the Congress government plans urban infrastructure growth, clean energy, education and rural agriculture, aiming to transform Telangana into a three trillion dollar economy by 2047.

Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said the Congress government is moving ahead with a clear plan to strengthen urban infrastructure while balancing rural and agricultural growth. He made these remarks after casting his vote in the ninth ward of Madhira town in Khammam district.

Speaking to the media, Bhatti Vikramarka said the state has set an ambitious goal of building a three trillion dollar economy by 2047. To achieve this, the government has divided development into focused sectors, including clean urban systems, pure environment, rare core urban growth, peri urban expansion and rural agriculture economy.

He said special emphasis is being placed on improving air quality across Telangana. Large scale sewage treatment plants are being constructed in urban areas to ensure clean water systems. Encroached lakes are being restored and developed as tourism destinations to improve both ecology and local economies.

The Deputy Chief Minister highlighted that uninterrupted quality power supply is being ensured across the state. As part of the welfare approach, the government is providing 200 units of free electricity to support economically weaker sections.

To support rural youth preparing for competitive examinations, Ambedkar Knowledge Centres are being established at constituency headquarters. He added that Young India Integrated Residential Schools are being built to provide international standard education to poor students.

Bhatti Vikramarka said the government vision combines welfare with long term economic planning, ensuring that urban development, education, clean energy and agriculture together drive Telangana towards sustainable growth by 2047.
