A shocking murder case has created tension in Suryapet district after BRS leader and former sarpanch Chintalapati Madhu was found dead under disturbing circumstances. The incident has raised concerns in the local community, with police intensifying their investigation into the case.
According to preliminary information, Madhu’s body was allegedly cut into multiple parts, packed into sacks and thrown into the SRSP canal near the village of Erkaram in Suryapet mandal. The nature of the crime has left residents shocked and triggered anxiety in the surrounding areas.
Police suspect that long standing personal rivalries could be linked to the murder. Investigators are examining different angles and gathering evidence to identify those involved and understand the sequence of events leading to the crime.
Officials also noted that Chintalapati Madhu had previously been named as the main accused in the murder case of former sarpanch Midde Ravinder several years ago.
