Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has announced a new initiative aimed at transforming the healthcare sector by creating a digital platform that connects NRI doctors with medical institutions in Telangana.

Speaking in the Assembly, the Chief Minister emphasized that improving healthcare and education remains a top priority for the government. He said efforts are being made with full commitment to bring meaningful and lasting changes in these sectors.

The proposed platform will bring together doctors from Telugu states who are currently working abroad. It will allow them to contribute their expertise whenever they visit India, making their knowledge accessible to local hospitals and institutions.

Officials explained that NRI doctors will be able to share their experience with medical students in colleges and participate in discussions on complex treatments. They may also provide services in hospitals for a few days during their visits, depending on their availability.

The initiative is expected to help local doctors gain exposure to international medical practices while improving patient care. It will also create opportunities for collaborative research and innovation in the healthcare field.

The Chief Minister said the platform is currently under development and will be launched soon. He added that such efforts will help bridge the gap between global medical advancements and local healthcare delivery.

The government believes that involving NRI doctors through a structured digital system will significantly enhance the quality of medical services and bring modern treatment approaches to patients in Telangana.
