A disturbing incident of murder linked to an extramarital affair has come to light from Sangareddy district, where a husband allegedly killed his wife after suspecting her relationship with another man. The crime has raised serious concerns over domestic violence triggered by personal disputes.
According to police, the accused had earlier filed a missing complaint stating that his wife had left home along with her alleged partner. Based on the complaint, a missing case was registered on March 30 and an investigation was launched.
During the probe, police traced the woman to Jadcherla, where she was reportedly staying with the man. The husband, along with police personnel, went to bring her back. However, what followed turned tragic.
While returning in a car, the accused allegedly attacked his wife near Nandikandi in Sadashivapet mandal. In a sudden act of violence, he killed her by slitting her throat, shocking everyone present.
Police have now registered a murder case and taken up further investigation to understand the sequence of events and motives behind the crime. The incident highlights how personal conflicts can escalate into extreme violence, leaving families shattered.
