The operation was jointly carried out by the Telangana State Task Force Eagle team along with Gachibowli police. Acting on specific inputs, officials entered the premises and began immediate screening of individuals present at the venue.
During the checks, around sixty four people were tested on the spot. Out of them, eight individuals were found positive for drug consumption. Police confirmed that six had consumed ganja, while two others were under the influence of stronger substances including methamphetamine.
The case took a serious turn after authorities identified one of the accused as the son of a senior IAS officer from Andhra Pradesh. The individual, identified as Akella Harith Sarang, was among those who tested positive during the raid.

Police officials stated that strict action will be taken against all those involved, as efforts continue to curb the spread of narcotics in the city.
