A joyful occasion turned into a heartbreaking tragedy in Medak district when a groom lost his life in a sudden road accident just days before his wedding.
Varaprasad, a resident of Jangarai village, had stepped out to personally distribute wedding invitations to relatives and friends. The journey, meant to mark the beginning of a new chapter in his life, ended in an unexpected and fatal incident.
According to initial reports, the accident occurred while he was traveling towards Ambajipet in Chinna Shankarampet mandal. During the drive, a dog reportedly ran onto the road, forcing him to react quickly. In an attempt to avoid hitting the animal, he lost control of the vehicle, which veered off the road and crashed into a tree.
The impact caused severe injuries, and despite the situation, help could not reach him in time. He is believed to have died at the spot due to heavy blood loss. The incident left the local community in shock, as preparations for his wedding were underway.
Family members rushed to the accident site after receiving information, only to find him lying motionless. The sudden loss has left the family devastated, turning what was supposed to be a time of celebration into one of deep grief.
