TG EdCET 2026 Results Declared With 96.95 Percent Pass Rate
Telangana EdCET 2026 results have been announced with an impressive pass percentage, as thousands of candidates qualified for admission into BEd courses across the state.

The Telangana Education Common Entrance Test 2026 results were officially released on Friday, bringing relief and excitement to thousands of aspiring teaching candidates across the state. The results were announced by Higher Education Council Chairman Balakista Reddy and Kakatiya University Vice Chancellor Professor Pratap Reddy.
A total of 35,600 candidates had registered for the examination this year, reflecting strong interest in teacher education programs. Out of them, 29,342 candidates appeared for the entrance test conducted across Telangana.
The examination recorded an outstanding success rate, with 28,446 candidates qualifying. Officials confirmed that the overall pass percentage stood at 96.95 percent, making it one of the highest success rates recorded in recent years.
Among all the candidates who appeared for the examination, Banoth Ajith Sai emerged as the state topper by securing the first rank. His achievement has drawn attention from students and academic circles alike.
The TG EdCET examination serves as the gateway for admission into Bachelor of Education courses offered by colleges across Telangana. With the results now available, qualified candidates are expected to begin preparing for the upcoming counselling and admission process.
