The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation has issued a stern warning to its employees, making it clear that strict action will be taken if the ongoing strike is not called off immediately. The management has urged staff to resume duties without further delay.

According to officials, the strike has been deemed illegal as it comes at a time when the matter is still pending under the Industrial Disputes Act. Authorities emphasized that engaging in a strike during such a period violates legal provisions and cannot be justified.

The management also stated that employees participating in the strike will face consequences, including salary deductions and disciplinary measures. The corporation made it clear that such actions are necessary to maintain order and ensure uninterrupted public transport services.

TSRTC Chairman Y Nagi Reddy appealed to employees to reconsider their decision and return to work. He stressed the importance of resolving issues through dialogue rather than disrupting essential services that impact thousands of daily commuters.

With public transport services affected, the corporation is focusing on restoring normal operations and has called on employees to cooperate in the larger interest of the public.
